Important Technical Details & Terms:

• Month-to-Month Flexibility: This is a month-to-month service; however, a 12-month clawback applies to the subsidized setup fees .
• Early Cancellation: If you cancel or are suspended for non-payment within the first 12 months, you will be liable for the R1 811,25 installation fee plus a R1 060,50 connection fee .
• Cancellation Notice: A one-calendar-month written notice is required for all cancellations (effective from the 1st to the last day of the month) .
• Equipment Ownership: The provided router remains the property of the service provider and must be returned in good working order at your own cost upon cancellation .
• Installation Scope: Subsidized installation covers the first 5 meters of trenching; additional distance is charged at R180–R220 per meter subject to your approval .
• Billing: Your first invoice will be pro-rata for the remainder of the month plus the full next month's fee, collected via debit order on the 1st .
