• 12-Month Clawback: To provide free setup, we cover the R3 018,75 installation and connection fees on your behalf . Should you cancel or be suspended for non-payment within the first 12 months, these fees will be clawed back and become payable by you.
• Cancellation Notice: A one-calendar-month written notice is required for all cancellations, taking effect from the 1st day to the last day of the month.
• Equipment Ownership: The provided router remains the property of the service provider and must be returned in good working order at your own cost upon cancellation.
• Billing: Services are billed one month in advance. Initial invoices include a pro-rata charge for the activation month plus the full fee for the succeeding month, collected via debit order.
