How It Works

Participation is seamless and transparent:

  • Automatic Enrollment: You are automatically enrolled in Prime Rewards the moment your fibre service is activated.
  • Milestone-Based: Rewards unlock at set intervals of continuous active service.
  • Eligibility: To qualify, accounts must maintain an active subscription with a valid debit order and a history of on-time payments.
  • Your Choice: At each milestone, you select ONE reward option that best suits your needs.

 Bronze Tier : 6 Months of Loyalty

Your first milestone reward. After 6 months of continuous service, choose ONE of the following:

  • R200 Petrol Voucher (Redeemable at any major South African fuel station)
  • R200 Mall Voucher (Accepted at leading retail centers)
  • 1 Month FREE Fibre (Applied as a loyalty credit to your account)

 Silver Tier : 12 Months of Loyalty

Your commitment starts paying off. After 12 months of continuous service, choose ONE of the following:

  • R 300 Petrol Voucher
  • R 300  Mall Voucher
  • 1 FREE Month of Fibre (Awarded annually for every 12 months of service)

 Gold Tier : 24+ Months of Loyalty

Stronger loyalty, bigger rewards. After 24 months of continuous service, choose ONE of the following:

  • R500 Petrol Voucher
  • R500 Mall Voucher
  • 1 FREE Month of Fibre
  • Plus: Priority customer support and early access to exclusive network deals.

 VIP Tier : 36+ Months of Loyalty

Our most valued partners in connectivity. After 36 months of continuous service, choose ONE of the following:

  • R1000 Petrol Voucher
  • R1000 Mall Voucher
  • 1–2 FREE Months of Fibre
  • Plus: VIP customer status, birthday rewards, and early access to all future promotions.

 Eligibility Requirements

To remain eligible for Prime Rewards, your account must maintain:

  1. An Active Fibre Subscription through PrimeFibre.
  2. A Valid Debit Order on file.
  3. A Clean Payment History (no missed or late payments).

 Important Reward Terms

  • Single Selection: Customers qualify for only ONE reward per milestone.
  • Non-Transferable: Rewards are assigned to the account holder, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Issuance: Rewards are issued only after the qualifying period (6, 12, 24, or 36 months) is successfully completed.
  • Redemption: Rewards must be selected within 30 days of reaching a milestone.
